This was a great read and while I don't work in the tech world, we are presenting ideas to decision makers so that they'll work with us.

The pain points that I realized the people we are talking to are:

Time, Money, Connection

They find that they are spending a lot of time creating content for their platforms. We answer that by letting them know that our content, created on their behalf, can be shared and will get their message across.

They wonder how much money it is going to cost especially with an audience that has grown 50% this year alone. We guarantee no rate increases for 2 years. As our audience grows, your money works for you since you aren't spending any more.

They are looking to connect to an audience and not just spend money posting. Our audience isn't just growing, they are connecting via comments and testimonials. They tag us and share our content because our content is about THEM.

Solving those three problems allows the decision maker to know that they made the right decision.

Now only if I had this concept on Day 1 but here we are and here we go.......

THAT explains why I haven't solved a Rubik's cube lately, I always try in the dark with mittens on - Well done Neela, you've cracked the code, you see, no one had ever told me I shouldn't do it that way!? lol What an awesome reality check here of the disconnect that so often occurs when trying to communicate tech to senior execs; I must confess to often being that person on the receiving end of such pitches, so I try to help the pitcher out by paraphrasing what I'm hearing rather than simply "que??"....To help then trace where their pitch is going off the rails. As with everything, communication is a two way street. Love your work Sis!
